Welcome to OneQ ("App"), owned and operated by Psyche Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneQ mobile application for iOS.
By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure you both understand them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and password that you use to access the App. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your device.
You agree not to use the App:
Our App allows you to create, store, and access content in the form of journal entries ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content. By using our App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the App's functionality.
While we strive to provide reliable services, we recommend backing up your journal entries. You can use iCloud backup or export functionality within the App. We are not responsible for any loss of Your Content.
The App and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by Psyche Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The App offers free and premium features. Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions processed through your Apple App Store account.
All payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases directly.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The content provided through the App, including daily questions and prompts, is for general informational and reflective purposes only. It is not intended as psychological, medical, legal, or other professional advice.
While our App may support reflective practices that can be beneficial for well-being, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Psyche Solutions, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
